I used to schedule four different meetings every four weeks and I loved the amazing scheduling capabilities of the old software. But the new software has made this impossible.

I don't know why they decided that an 'upgrade' should include a massive decrease in features, but they did.

And their customer service has been both been slow and completely ineffective in addressing the issue.

This basically means that I am forced to manually create each meeting and cannot use their 'automated recurring scheduler'. I find this to be incredibly inconvenient. And for a company that does ONE THING. They are regressing and doing a very poor job.

If you are considering using them, perhaps see what other options you have. Software should not regress.

Preferred solution: Correct the new software to be at least as capable as the old software..
