Call the phone number and it says that number is no longer in service. I've emailed twice concerning the inability to see people on the wait list on an Android device. anyone with the iPhone can see it.

This afternoon, I had purchased a ticket for New Year's Eve event for STITCH Bar & Blues located 247 West 37 Streer NY NY, and when I complete my purchased it provided me with a ticket to the wrong New Year's Eve event call Stout NYC. I've contacted Your Eventbrite co directly to there site and pleded they fix the error and switch the ticket to the correct event before it is sold out and their response was I booked the wrong event.

Stated, I did not and that there is a glitch in the system but I'm still had gotten the correct ticket for the event at STITCH Bar & Blues. This where I want to be tomorrow and not at Stout NYC. My order # is 860706****for $59.94

purchased on Dec 30, 2023 and my email is chyquyta@***.com. I am also a subscriber to meet up as well.

Kindly help resolve the matter and correct my ticket to the intended event which to Stitch bar and Blues people over 40/50s event.

I even took a picture before clicking to purchased my ticket. And thank you in advance for your assistance on the matter.

URGENT: Unauthorized Takeover of London Adventure & Socialising Group

Dear Meetup Customer Service,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you about a difficult situation regarding the London Adventure & Socialising group I have managed for the past 6 years.

It has recently come to my attention that someone has taken over the group without my consent and renamed it the London Adventure Solos.

Over the years, I have dedicated a significant amount of time and effort to build and maintain this group, which has grown to include over 6000 members. I have been a loyal user of your platform, paying an average monthly fee of £25 to ensure the smooth functioning of the group.

To my dismay, I received a sudden message on Meetup notifying me that someone had taken control of my group. This incident has left me shocked and frustrated, as I was never contacted or asked for permission regarding the takeover. This action violates the intellectual property rights of my group, as it includes my company logo and carries my name.I demand an immediate resolution to this matter.

I kindly request that you take the necessary steps to return the ownership of the London Adventure & Socialising group to me or provide a refund of the full amount I have paid over the years. It is crucial that my efforts and investments are respected and that the group is restored to its rightful owner.

Throughout my time using Meetup, I have never encountered such a disappointing and disruptive experience. Communication regarding these changes should have occurred with my explicit consent, and I should have been given the opportunity to approve or decline any alterations to my group.

I would like you to address this issue urgently and effectively.

Hello,

My name is Hayeun Lee and I'm writing this email to request a refund of

284.19 CAD that was charged on Oct 11th in the morning. I had seen the refund policy that meet up pro can't be refunded but there are reasons why I think it should be refunded.

1.

I did not agree the sign-up procedure for meetup pro. This is one of the reasons I don't understand how I got sign up to meet up pro

2. Also I didn't enter my card details anywhere on the Meetup app. I don't understand how I was charged without my card details.

3.

I checked on the app, and it says there are no transactions to display and there's no evidence that I'm subscribed to meet up pro

(I didn't even know I was subscribed to meet up pro until yesterday)

4. I think the Meetup app should have informed me that I will be charged again for 6 months on October 11th.

In summary, I would appreciate you review my case in detail and please consider the full refund.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Was informed by Meetup that NO membership for Meetup+ had been activated.

Waited til now to check that no money was taken from my account. Thanks for your help.

Whilst booking to join an event I seem to have activated Meetup+ (accidentally). I most definitely DO NOT want/need this...7-day trial seems to have started, but I am unable to cancel it, no matter what I try. Meetup group is called 'Single Me London 45+' - event is called 'Discover the Street Art around Brick Lane Walk 2'. Meetup+ now appears under my name (Renate).Please help!!! Thank you

Twice Ive paid for Organizer Pro.
- Messages to my groups fail 100%. Ive polled all people in each group, they said they never received any of my messages.
- I paid for Pro, they gave me standard.

Try getting a refund or upgrade only to be totally ignored.
- Impossible to reach anyone for support.
- There is ZERO support. I have some of the executives in my contacts list from LinkedIn.

You would think a personal message to them would be responded to, but no. As usual, no response.
I will never use MeetUp or their other brands, and certainly would never recommend them.
