I need to access money in my account

I am an organizer for a 209+ member Meetup based in Pennsylvania. I collected some money from my member and have had a miserable time trying to get Meetup to release it to me. No customer service. Very Frustrating.

I had an issue with my members not receiving emails about my events. Meetup has a platform where they handle all kinds of topics including complaints and technical support. The platform is discord.com. Customer service is fast, helpful and reliable on the platform. Any other form of communication will not help.

Went to a hike at Dana Point harbor on Feb 10 and there wasn't anybody at the meet point

Was to meet folk at the Harpoon Henry's at Noon and nobody, no, host , no co host or anybody else showed up. No I haven't paid anything for any cost ? associated with this hike but, none was mentioned. I usually find Meet Up events a lot of fun but will consider staying away from some hereafter. Thanks for the time.

I’m not going to rate Meetup until I get a reply to my issues. There didn’t use to be such difficulty in contacting Meetup.

My 2 issues: Members cannot view the Waitlists. When a member pays their annual dues, and I mark them paid, Awaiting Payment appears beside their name Please deal with these problems ASAP.

Notified Meetup - was mistreated by their HOST of Pickelball - MEETUP does NOT respond anymore!!

We have a person hosting under Meetup for Pickelballers in Las Vegas. He's from Yucaipa, CA and is living here temporarily in a NV motel or somewhere where he's doing to other NV residency if we don't like his rules or is removed from that group.

I told him that I understand he's not a NV resident but is from CA so how is he able to host this meetup? Initially, when I joined, he was only one to request photos of people when other hosts don't ask this. Someone in that site had agreed with my recent question as I was asking him earlier on location and time to play for us w/no response then. He has disrespected his military veterans and don't care as long as his rules applies to his locations and times even though he doesn't live here, which I feel is not fair.

He says I've complained so much and is boring and that I was a pain from the beginning joining. If I was an out of towner and am hosting, I try to make it work for everyone, not just for myself as he is making sly remarks to me. He's very selfcentered & not looking out for anyone. That's not what a host should be doing and I know HQ Meetup will allow this because he's not harming anyone.

I feel he shouldn't host at all if he can't handle people respectfully in a proper way. I know he's got Meetup HQ convinced what he is doing but he's getting away with this for his own good to have control.

He picks and chooses his favorite people as we few went out after pickleball one night and I noticed he only talks to who he wants to and certain ones when I was in that group and I was singled out and he doesn't care that he stabs people in the back when I was in that group. I have helped him bring people to his group earlier and this is how he mistreats NV residents to allow HQ Meetup to allow out-of-towners host here and mistreat our NV residents, even to a military veteran?Treat

Somehow you closed the group in meetup and then charged me for an annual membership. I require my $106.36 plus the month you turned the group off...$9. $117 total returned to my discover card.

Terrible! There is absolutely No tech, or customer, service!

If the site,which I am paying $200.00 per year, does not work properly, there isNO help at all! It is the Worst site I have ever had to deal with.

It should be an easy thing to add photos to my site. But, your site, is rediculous.

Do you not have
an techs that know how to fix problems?? My meetup is every week, I have lots of ladies, they love
my group, I have no problems except your lousy site...with NO HELP! It should be easy, it is on every
other site. I can't believe you don't have techs who know how to load photos easily!

You certainly
are happy to charge me, the least you could do is make the site work properly.

Come on...someone
there do your job correctly & be conscientious. That is not too much to expect with what you charge!

Hello, I had inquired into Meetups services due to recently moving to a new state, however my significant other has been sick during the time I checked into the trial period, so I overlooked the dates and missed the cancellation cut off for the trial; I immediately disabled my account but I don't know how to request a refund and I still have the $70 charge on my card so if I could have My account fees refunded I would greatly appreciate the support.
